so we're taking a look at the pro drying rack transport so paint line is constantly innovating constantly coming out with new solutions for problems that been around for a long time so we've got a 50 rack over there we've got all times types of rock systems that you can spray stock your doors to dry but if you're doing them you know off-site uh in a booth or um you know in your garage or you know back at the shop how do you get them to your customers house how do you get them off the 50 rack and into your vehicle and out of your vehicle into the customer's house Kyle spent you know a couple years designing engineering this pretty cool system right here now you can transport your doors this is a pretty cool system so it's two different items right here you've got the cart the Wheeled cart that will transport it around and you've got the lock system that these doors are actually sitting in it's a standard L lock um rack right here there's two L lock racks that will adjust according to your door so if you've got smaller doors or drawers these things will adjust it also this thing is going to move in and out we've got a knob right here this will move in and out and lock your doors in place you don't want your doors moving around it's got a nice cushioned system right here that's not going to scratch Nick or ding your cabinets here are your standard l-track cargo system all you got to do these things this is what kind of secures it into place you can take this off loosen this this will lift up and you can manipulate this to any position you want right here here's how you loosen here's how you lock in place I'm just gonna take push forward lock into place now my cabinet doors are secured locked into place one of the cool things about this system is is it can you know transport many different sized doors and drawer fronts right here because it's all adjustable nothing one of the things that you want to make sure that all your doors if you're going to lock into place all your doors or drawer fronts whatever you're transporting need to be the same same thickness to actually lock them onto place so if you got different thicknesses of doors and drawers it's going to lock down the thickest door and door into place so make sure they're all the same thickness to keep them all locked into place so you'll take lock them down into place now you can safely transport them this transport car will also has two pitch positions you can transport them in an upright position or you can just pull this pin lift this up now I can set it and transport it just like this you can transport them you'll upright or you can transport them down you can see it's pretty easy to adjust the um transport rack there's a pin right here I'm just going to grab this pin it's going to lift up that's going to set and lock in place right here pretty simple Locking System right there now I can just wheel this thing around take it anywhere I need to do you can take it out to your vehicle with this L lock system so this system right here is this standard system that is not unique or proprietary to paint lines so you can actually get this l-track system you can um Mount them on your walls you can mount them on your vehicle on the floor of your vehicle so you can have this l-track system where you can actually use paint lines you know tie down system to stack or tie down your doors on walls or even in a vehicle it does hold 20 Doors so you can transport 20 doors at a time we've got air wheeled tires it's going to absorb any type of shock any type of bumps I'll give you a little information about the foam we've got on standard Ebe foam this foam is reversible and replaceable so if it gets damaged if you get anything contaminate on any of the Foams you can replace the foam the foam is the only thing that makes contact to this these doors it's a smooth foam it doesn't have a texture to it so it's not gonna it's not gonna leave any type of imprint or any type of Mark on your doors ooh so smooth so one of the problems that solves is transporting doors and damaging scratching doors um stocking doors because you know if you stack doors or your bubble wrap doors there's a lot of things that can go wrong with it you don't have to bubble wrap them you don't have to stack them which could cause you know imprints or indentations in your doors if you're not using it if we could see a picture right here your supports that support your doors and lock your doors they'll actually fold down lay down so you don't have them sticking up if they're sticking up at some balls on them it can bend them so if you want to store the system up against a wall or store it flat it could slide underneath something underneath um a cabinet or something like that you can store it so it does fold up and store and take up less Space Storage wise so it does come you know in two separate things you can buy just the L track system right here and with out the card or you can purchase the cart with it so you can have this system mounted in your vehicle or mounted on a wall to keep your cabinet doors or doors locked and secured or you can purchase the cart to transport it also [Music]
