What happens here
After the top edge is masked, the worker applies FrogTape Blue directly onto the floor, which is already covered by Ram Board, along the bottom edge of the baseboard. This step defines the lower boundary for the paint, protecting the flooring and establishing a clean, crisp line for the baseboards.
