Our Design Process

What happens here

The initial step involves an on-site consultation where a design team representative meets with the client at their property. During this meeting, the client discusses their preferences, including what they like and dislike about their current outdoor setup, their dreams, and their vision for the future space. The design team then utilizes various tools to gather comprehensive data about the property, such as flying a drone to take 360-degree shots, collecting video and elevation measurements, and reviewing the property's plat survey.

Goal: Understand client vision and gather comprehensive property data.

Tools and materials

  • Drone — Taking 360-degree aerial shots and video of the property for comprehensive site analysis
  • Measuring Tools — Collecting elevation measurements and other relevant dimensions of the property
  • Plat Survey — Providing legal property boundaries, easements, and topographical information
  • Video Camera — Documenting existing features and overall site conditions
