What happens here
With all surrounding areas properly masked, it's time to apply the paint. Using an airless paint sprayer, the painter consistently moves the sprayer in smooth, even passes across the eaves, soffits, and any other designated trim areas. The key is to maintain a consistent distance from the surface (typically 10-12 inches) and a steady speed to ensure uniform coverage and prevent paint drips or runs. Begin spraying off the edge of the surface and continue past the other edge, releasing the trigger between passes. Apply several light coats rather than one heavy coat for better adhesion and a smoother finish.
Goal: Apply a smooth, even coat of paint to the eaves and trim.
