New Power tools from Bosch at World of concrete 2020 4 k video

like I started alright guys today I'm gonna be taking you with me as we go out to the world of concrete in Las Vegas Nevada now this is a show that's attended by about 35,000 people and twenty-two hundred companies exhibit here today we're gonna be taking a deep look at what's new inside of the Bosch booth so without wasting any more time let's get right into today's video we are looking at our brand new innovation called X block world's first quick change system solution for angle grinding so today we're going to show you a little bit of grinding with the bonded wheel and then switch to a flap yet [Music] that easy these wheels are backwards compatible so you can transition to your fleet at time networks for you use this on your standard Eno grinder as well with this grinder accept any kind of a real no just a clock so you use your ax lock accessories on your ax flat grinder and some X like accessories on the spindle grinders okay you wanna you want to test it out get a feel for it and then whenever you're ready start lift it up open it up and then go for it guys meet Opie he's doing a speed test he's got to pull all of those bits out of the case and put them back in in under fifteen point seven seconds which is the current record if he beats that tight he brings home that box free and those magnetic pits I want to be a hush falls over the crowd as Opie prepares for his third attempt the crowd in this case is that one guy standing over his shoulder let's see how he does this time this is a boss journalist favorite couple of really fantastic things about it that's a fully threaded tip up here at the top why that's really important is that grabs onto the wood as you're as you're drilling makes it a lot easier on your shoulder and your arm as you're pulling it through a couple other fantastic features these are the Spurs at the top they pre-cut the wood this right here is a reamer edge it also cuts it and then we have this paddle shaped design which pulls all the wood chips out the back as you're drilling which makes it ten times faster than our competition this Fred random this next isn't even out yet not out yet it's going to be coming out maybe year this is our g bh 8 TV - 45 c cordless SDS max hammer an inch and 7/8 in diameter that it will take it's a mega watt tool and what that means is coupled with the core 18 volt battery 8 amp hours to 12 amp hour battery that we have out now and divided servomotor gets you megawatt what that really means is if megawatt power is corded power out of a cordless power stood Cisco you get three models coming out is there a yep we've got all brand-new leva yes we got this model coming out as well your inch and 9/16 model the GBH 18 be a - 3 6 C this one has all of the same Biturbo and corded performance out of the cordless power tools and then finally we've got our GBH ATP - 3 4 CF this sexually an SDS plus hammer but it is part of that peggeleh family where you can get that corded performance out of this more than power tool this one John the whopping four point four foot mountain and backpackers behind and when can guys look for the middle of this gear middle of 2014 and why would they want this over the existing line up the bottom got a lotta hammer yeah absolutely now we're seeing a lot more that the job sites are going cordless and with our 480 volt batteries and our do stick you can actually grow and not have to worry about and I'm the one battery are you telling me you can run this tool there's one battery all day not all day just was in one battery you'll have to charge it with it you got the right mix it with two batteries and the charger you won't have any downtime this charger this charger right here so this charger you know I actually take that a tam power to 80% about 25 you're not sitting at the charging Bay waiting for it that's yeah I am the drill bit lady so what now striking news that can actually expand hitting a nail couple of things about a stand it's different about this than a standard drill bit we took the Spurs off the top of the drill bit which means do not get hung up on it you're not gonna wrench the bit you're not gonna rinse your wrist nothing's gonna break it's also a little bit heavier duty so couldn't stand hitting a nail best features it's gonna hit a nail it's gonna cut through it and you're gonna keep on drilling into wood overwash has a laser that's designed for extreme jobsite durability with an ip68 rating but they don't just say it they show it underwater getting rained on this laser is designed to stand a six foot drop but if you do drop it and need to recalibrate it they've done something that is pretty interesting you don't have to send this laser in to get it recalibrated you can do it right out in the field in ten minutes using the app that Bluetooth connects to your phone or just on the tool itself you set out the receiver 50 at a 100 foot distance and then you can begin the calibration process but instead of me explaining it I'm gonna let the product manager take over and what you do is basically you rotate it four times and what that is certain is calibrating each side of the two accesses that you have calibration is done and basically you're good to go back to work right and that's just new lasers Thank You Carlos appreciate it thank you very much Otto bolt release its sensitive torque dropping off of the pole and stop the rotation so you're not dropping is from a high high up to someone's head or dropping the lug nut underneath the truck yeah this you'll be out in a couple weeks this is the SB 18 V 21 this is for overhead works too and staff holding any mid torque driving application worked out a lot faster the tracks up this is going to be this the cordless tracks on it's brand new it launches this summer so I asked Cory point-blank that there's plenty of tracks oz out there and what makes this one different better unique let's see with answer it sure so what you're looking at is our Viterbo motor which is our in-house we've developed this motor to give them the track saw to unlock megawatt power based on our other Biturbo battery so what Viterbo really is the mixture of the cell technology we have the battery and the motor really unlock that quoted performance also take a look at the size of this this is the most compact portlets track saw in the market so I can put this thing right up against the wall and achieve really a very very tough another unique feature of this Bosch track saw is they have different modes to conserve power and extend runtime let's see what I'm talking about why would our vertical board throw that into Eco mode if I'm just a little bit left in terms of my battery it's like your power saving mode on your cellphone so I get 30% longer runtime he go all the other settings are customizable on the Bosch toolbox have to allow the user to dial up and down the RPMs to maximize the run time out of the battery so there's six different settings that are allowed to be customized well right out of the box one is going to be the lowest setting in terms of rpm and six is going to be the highest we're cutting two pieces of plywood that our half-inch right now the launch date for this tool is mid June or July 25 couple of really fantastic features it has the threaded tip that our wood drill bits are known for so it pulls through the wood really easily has two sharp cutting edges at the top which pre cut the wood and then we have these two flute design right here which pulls all the debris out the back end of the hole as you're drilling which makes it incredibly fast best features about this bit it is cordless optimized so you're gonna get the longest runtime on your battery that you're gonna get with an auger also it can run in high speed mode so when you're drilling and you're just going through wood and you want to get through it quickly this guys doing you going to do it in the creek all right
