it is a kit for patching Wall anchor holes so what it comes with is a tool and pre- textured adhesive wall patches so the way you do it is you take the tool and this is the business end of it you stick the conical tip into the anchor hole and you rotate there's a little bit of a razor blade protruding from the front Okay so what happens is as you rotate it that razor blade carves out a little bit of texture around the hole right that exactly matches the thickness and diameter of the pretextured wall patch okay you peel the backing off the patch stick it into the cavity put the cap back on the tool and this is a blending bubble we're calling it okay you take this and kind of press it and scribble it around the perimeter of the patch okay and it kind of crushes The Edge texture of the patch
