The video presents a Land Pride seeder attached to a Kubota SVL97-2 skid steer. The seeder is described as an "all-purpose seeder" or "overseeder" that is not a slit seeder. It features dual boxes for holding two different types of seeds. The stationary drum on one end pivots in the center, allowing the seeder to loosen up the ground and create slots for the seeds. When angled, these slots become larger, disturbing the ground more. The cast iron roller then presses the seed to the ground for good seed contact. It attaches using a 3-point hitch adapter. While typically used on a tractor, it is demonstrated here on a skid steer.
