so they just strap on like this yes and these are the original there's also a Max which has two straps and it's a little bit bigger drop to your knees um wow what do you think that's pretty interesting um so just so like it lifts up like that it's supposed to lift up like that why don't you go back down on your knees like you're working and now you're so that like the big question is is like they're are they going to slide down my legs like no no what's going to stop that yeah the the strap just the way that it it sits just above your muscle and it holds there big difference between these and a lot of other knee pads on the market is one they're a lot lighter but two they take the weight off your kneecap and put it on your shin which can support the weight a lot better the the the cap the top of the cup will hold your kneecap quite nicely without put so it feels like it's like sitting above my calf so it doesn't feel like it doesn't slide down um so I think that's actually way I think that's good to do lunches um look at that yeah yeah you can actually work out with them look at that see check it out it's like my new uh workout prot gear with Lunes
