this Chris can opener here okay like TV today we'll be talking about a spray and drying system for cabin doors that's going to be extremely fast and efficient and make you a whole lot of money so stay tuned for this video alright so here we are I'm surrounded by the system that we currently use painting cabinets it's extremely fast efficient makes us a whole lot of money it's called the PSC RS manufactured by a company called the paint line I'm going to give you just a little brief history of how I used to paint cabinets but doing it for over 18 years and we used to just take and search out and find this many five gallon buckets as we can as many boxes as we can and we would spray on door door fronts or doors we would spray them sitting on those buckets and boxes we would let it dry come back the next day we would flip it we would spray that side we would let that ride come back the next day and then we'd agree hang our doors now that was a three day system we eventually designed this system how we can spray a door in one day hanging it and that was done with PVC pipe we made with PVC pipe it was very unstable we use wooden hangers and had them break before we had that the hangers come out here and we had a break here that's why there's tape wrap around them to make them stronger it was a great system made us money it turned our painting process from three days into one day but eventually paint lines saw the video and they manufactured this system right here that I'm surrounded by 95 better hangers the system tears down extremely fast you'll see here at home break it down it breaks down in about five minutes it takes less than 10 minutes to set the system up it comes in three baths all system it's an extremely professional look when they walk into a house you look at the back the poles you want to bet this background here the hangers are right here it comes with 50 hangers so here's the hanger bag right here and everything is very organized everything goes together no tools this that's it it's color-coded - so it's really hard not to be to figure out how to put it together cotterpin just listen the part that spins it's got notches for a hanger right here so the doctors are really important that it doesn't slide around it just goes in pocket and goes in it's got comes with two wooden dowel so you can spend your door right here I like to just take it and stick tape around the Dallas's a little bit I know here's a door so if there's the hanger itself these hangers are absolutely incredible the hangers themselves we have assistant buy from the excellent drill cup hooks right here will didn't put top hooks in the top of the doors the wooden hangers you see when you hang a door on their door turns it spins right here so we take up a whole lot more room in space for hanging your cabinet doors the system with its hangers have a paint line they don't spend these painters take great pasta days so I can hang these you see they do not spin that are fixed in place I became very tight together just like that we're not going to spend not going to touch each other this is gonna tip eclis be set up in a spray booth the sprayers that have spray he's gonna hand it outside the spray booth the hangars gonna cop the guy he's gonna take and hang it on a dry night usually in a separate room for them to drive probably my baby accessory is a two-tier system this is one of the you know ones I call pay light not at all you know they got all drawer fronts and the drawer fronts are only about this tall you only think about that space I said if we're gonna be nice utilize the space below and hang another row floor fronts so there's literally like that I think that same day they came up with you know engineer Chloe becomes this the two-tier system right here it's four pieces and these are the tops and this is the middle right here and this is what's that creepy second tier is almost empty my first dry track take that off I'm gonna take top off will slide this piece down I can put it anywhere I want to create that second tier this would be like a pretty small parts nor fronts not hang more okay two tier system right here so - sender here's a height extender so this is what it looks like right here so hike extender this is it take my pot off just stick the height mix into it and this lip you know come to play as we've done in the past have done some shutters so sometimes patient senators are really tall they're - Paul - hang on the PSP our system as it stands now so hike extenders this would have given us enough pipe you actually are shatters on them so take out this one so now there's just extending my title by foot here the hike extent grin like turn around move my two-tier system now got an extended height so that's another accessory that paint line has just recently come up with to make the system more versatile I'm gonna show you the waiting right now there's a handful people out there that do not look really horses in their cabinet doors I've been doing it for my seven eight years so like that I've had one customer ever question it the secret is on the top doors sweet holes on the top bottom drawer or doors screw your holes in the bottom and no um so that vfc hanger this right here this hanger goes right inside your round pin smokes just sets right inside there just like that now you don't have to drill Holies in your cabinet doors wait and it goes along with this ESD system because the way it's gonna just set in there just like that no one really holds the weight of hangers kind of just find you know where the hanger needs to hang because it's gonna be the holes gonna be anywhere so you actually need a hanger like this wave hanger to be able to hang your door so wave hair system PFC hooks so there you have it the PSCR system they came out with some really cool accessories here recently to make the same faster and more efficient for us cabinet painters out there if you have any ideas leave them in the comments section below on how to make this thing your more effective more efficient or just more versatile you know I'm sure the paint lighting would like to hear about it because I know when I gave a suggestion they came up with them the suggestions right away adopted it and now it's just a better system so leave your questions or comments down below if you've got one let us know what you think of it we would like to know in the comment section down below you can also find this whole entire system and the spray racks Brian Rex great boy on our tool source so check out the video description down below [Music]
