new concept for us. #paverpatio #pavers #landscaping

What happens here

After the paver sand is evenly spread, use a garden hose equipped with a spray nozzle to apply water directly to the sand. Start by gently misting the sand and then gradually increase the water pressure. The objective is to wash the sand into the joints between the pavers. The water helps the permeable sand settle deeply and completely fill the gaps from top to bottom, avoiding air pockets. Continue applying water and gently sweeping any excess sand until all joints are adequately filled and the surface is clean.

Goal: Wash paver sand into joints to fill gaps.
