Neighbor didn't know we were gonna work this hard today! Testing the STIHL 500i!
What happens here
The host and John, both wearing full safety gear, begin cutting the large fallen tree trunk. The host uses the Stihl MS 500i to buck the main trunk into smaller, manageable sections. John assists with limbing and clearing branches using the Stihl MSA 220 TC electric chainsaw. They also use a Log Ox 3-in-1 forestry tool to lift the log off the ground, allowing for safer cuts and preventing the chainsaw bar from hitting the dirt.
Goal: Section the fallen tree into smaller pieces for splitting and chipping.
