no it's all good hey there one person how you doing tonight who we got these m2 these impromptu lives are always a good time man ain't nothing much rolling around here right now oh mom's in the house thanks mom yeah you know what i wish i would have pulled that coin out i'd have showed some people so my mom hooked me up with a cool um a cool gift a little while back um and it is going to hang on my wall at some point i'll have to find a spot for it and i actually have to locate it at the moment but it's a bunch of challenge coins a bunch of air force coins they kind of send you in a commemorative pack so it's pretty cool [Music] oh awesome jared well thanks man thanks for just swinging by and saying hi you know that's it man that's all i really wanted to do was swing and say hi to you right my wife my wife my kids are going out of town they went to visit grandma and i was like you know what like let's just do it live i know we did one last week or something or the week before that but why not dude you know um it's good everything's good i'm still waiting i get my mri tomorrow see how bad this little shoulder is jacked up my fingers are crossed i've been praying a lot about it i'm sure hoping that it's good i don't want any more issues then and i'm gonna tell you being on light duty at work is not no fun dude all i feel like is i'm getting behind and i know that's really not true but any of you guys ever out there ever had some kind of injury and you're not able to work right and it sucks and it doesn't feel horrible but it doesn't feel great and that's partly due to that cortisone shot or whatever you know but the doctor was like do not think that this is repaired and go ahead and you know start using it without first getting the mri and seeing what's going on he's like you're going to want to rehab it for sure he's like you jack something up in there and i can tell you man i don't sleep that well if i roll over on it well it's the worst thing ever so i know there's something in there jacked up but it's good man we you know i i got a video coming out on peach wrap soon right you guys have seen a couple of the p-trap videos that i've done here recently and it's just funny because man i got so many things i can talk about just from one trip to lowe's i just it blows my mind sometimes right what happens there and how things go on and i'm always helping somebody and then i feel like i get home with my stuff and i'm like man well that's open and it's weird and then i looked at another p trap and that's weird i got something else you know to talk about another video to do and like man it's just always something dude so it's good it's been fun and it's nice to get back in the swing of things hard to do things with the hurt hand right i'm really trying not to to do so much with it i do not like i said i know i keep repeating myself with it but i really don't want to jack myself up and i really just hope it's not messed up too bad um man what else dude we're uh i kind of i didn't buy it i got an outdoor sink um an old laundry tub that somebody i think that took out of their garage and it's probably i mean it's bad right paint all these crazy things it's what a utility sink looks like after like 20 years of use and so i see you know what i'm going to do a video cleaning this bad boy up and then i'm going to just show like temporary water hookup and i'm going to use it for an outside sink it should be pretty cool i'm um i'm excited about that i'm just not really into scrubbing right now but i would like to eventually start showing different faucet hookups something simple um i've just been thinking so much about all these things that i can do and would love to do and things keep screaming to me like you need a shop like you need to buy a shop you need to figure out some kind of a shop and you need to build like a a plumbing studio of sorts right just because hey look i was talking to my wife actually the other day about just swapping out our kitchen faucet somebody had talked to me and said hey what up steve how you doing bro so we're just talking about how my wife is not really keen on me um you like that word play jared she's not really hip to me actually taking out our faucet putting in a new one to test it right and i get that even though i i want to do it somebody had offered me like hey you want to review a faucet for me and i look at it and you know it's a generic version of you know these modern touch style or sensor faucets that they're doing for the kitchen and it would be fun but at the same time if i was to jack something up in my current faucet that my wife really likes that we got a really good deal on because we all know that if you spend money on a quality father you can spend a lot of money on the faucet right i mean it's not tons of money but it's still it's enough and she's gonna be mad and i don't really want that um you're right it might be the best thing ever but i don't know she wasn't willing to take that chance right so i ended up seeing this faucet or this uh outdoor sink i'm like you know what like i could hook that up i could totally drill some more holes i could mount a kitchen faucet on that and i could try it out for a little while and then i could do other ones bathroom faucets i mean i could do a lot of reviews probably from this particular sink i mean maybe not in the shape it's in because people would definitely say brian why in the heck are you actually putting that nice faucet on this i could already see it now like people people are going to love and hate it regardless right but yeah it's good um something that i've been starting to do that i think you guys might me might find funny you might not people that i do it to probably they might not find it funny but when somebody responds to me in some negative way like because i talk to josh about this all the time right sony ridge farmer we have this conversation about just the the negative comments and like the negativity that people freaking give right he's got certain blockers and filters on his stuff which i don't know that i do on mine but i read every single comment right i don't have tons of comments so i read them all and if there's anything negative well i tend to just kind of be a little sarcastic or make something crazy up right and just just things uh once a while just mess with people and i've had a couple of people like i told one dude he's talking about like the poop don't flush video and he's asking about it i said something about it being as tough or as as thick as georgia clay did not have a clue i was talking about i think we could have went on for 40 comments a piece on just going back and forth he eventually gave up and was like oh man what are you talking about uh you know i figure if you're gonna give a rude comment or you're gonna do something well and i just gotta be a little bit comical with it right i'm not trying to freaking be mean-spirited or anything but like let's have a little fun dude um and hopefully i can really change their mind a little bit right if you're gonna be mean you're gonna be negative well i'm i'm just hoping i can switch that around maybe make them a little bit happier and maybe decide they want to come check it out i don't know oh sorry i'm getting texted right now getting text bombed come on guys that's it's good you know as football starts up and things are getting crazy i got this my oh come on i don't even know how to silence this thing um yeah i don't know how to silence it i don't know if i put it on mute now will it work or not but i have this fantasy football league man that we text tons right and as football starts and different things start shaking and baking in the world of the nfl like it usually comes alive pretty good and so it's always fun too oh gosh come on guys so what's everybody else been up to how you guys been i know my mom's just i know my mom's doing well i just talked to her but steve how you been man everything good up there in pa for you i'm just hanging out chatting man so maybe it's some i don't have very good two kids to swamp me and want to play legos and want to do other things right now and so that's been my uh my biggest thing is you know it sucks dude i just i haven't really been out working i haven't been doing anything else i mean i i got a couple of videos i've been trying to think of some different things um good steve i'm glad everything is well with you dude i like it yeah hey man you gotta enjoy it when it's there dude because it seems like it doesn't last long or it's gone and does something we actually went camping this weekend down at probably one of the most beautiful beaches i have been to in washington yet it's called cave disappointment there's a couple of lighthouses there it was k it was a state park called cape disappointment state park and man it was awesome like the weather was good on saturday it totally rained on a sunday when we were bleeding but that's all right while we were there and we were hanging out and enjoying our time it was awesome man like the kids were able to play on the beach and you know me and logan are hanging out carving some driftwood and just chilling it's funny man it's funny to have a five-year-old that is into whittling right this kid his uncle gary got him a little swiss army knife and he's all about whittling stuff and just hooking it up oh dude i'm yeah i you know i probably should have made it into a video um i thought i think about it sometimes right and other times of my man i don't know what people want to see on my channel right usually it's it it is a how-to or a fix-it channel right people just wanna usually come i mean i get a lot of people just come to hook this stuff up i don't get a lot of people to watch my live streams a lot of people do the other stuff um but they like to think they like they come for the repairs right and which i love i love it that i'm helping people in that way so i don't necessarily know if they want to see that stuff i mean i'd love to show it and then the other thing is half the time i can't get logan to be in a video right he's like nah dad not today not this time like i just want to do my thing i was like all right all right dude you're right hey boom 14 what up how you doing today um so it was fun roasting s'mores hanging out you know logan also it was his last day of outdoor school this last week and so we actually his parents got to go tour around he gave us a guided tour of his school which it's a bunch of different little locales in the woods where they just got cool things right they call it like enchanted forest and um cedar camp and or leaning cedar camp and stump camp and the field they got all these different little places where the kids can take you around and he's just showing us all these things and then at the end of the day like he was telling us that he got to start a fire so i love that this kid is learning how to use flint and steel at five right i mean i just think it's one of the coolest things dude he is he's becoming such a little awesome adventurer when it comes to these type of things and he's just you know he's just a doer and he wants to get out and he wants to experience it and try it like dude the fact that you're ready to do this stuff at such a young age i i love it dude and it's just fun mabel she's a little climbing adventure she had a great time too we uh just rocked so i don't have any big things coming up i have a couple p-trap videos coming up i've been meaning to do a couple more tour reviews um i've got a few more things by tubshroom that i will be shooting some videos on and let me tell you guys a little something about a tub shroom thing all right so here's the scenario i ran into and i mean it you know what it's great for them it's awesome i mean they spend the money on the ad i just wish that it would have worked a little bit better in my favor right so i don't know how many you guys use facebook but i know you do steve and i know you do mom i don't know how many other people out there do but i was scrolling through my feed one day and i seen that i seen part of my video pop up and i'm like wait that's me i i'm in an ad i was like oh that's kind of crazy and so i clicked on it and i looked and i was like holy that video's got like 2.8 million views on it like what the heck like that's insane right you're going that's awesome but then i realized like i look at it i'm going man like nothing about me is in this at all like there's no comment there's no link to a video or anything and so i'm like oh man so a little while back when i did the tub shroom after i did the tub shroom video tubshroom reached out to me and for a little bit of cash like we we negotiated a thing and one of my biggest things was i said hey i really would appreciate if you would hook me up and put me in or at least mention in your post you know where they could go check out the original video because he wanted to purchase that one video he wanted to make a commercial out of it wanted to do an ad right i said okay that's fine so i did that and just a bummer and so i write him and i'm like hey dude where i i see that you put this video out i didn't even know it but obviously it's been out for a while it's got 2.8 million views on it it's like yeah it's been out it's been running for a little while um but i said you never actually put it out on your channel or anything and mentioned that i did this for you or you know that we were working the other on this and stuff and he's like oh yeah i forgot i said so if you could do this like that was part of our agreement and it's like oh i can't take down the ad and we can't do this i said oh bummer so he actually put it in this he put it in the comments and pinned the comment on that on there so if you ever see me in there they just cut up a little bit of the video that i did and i'm like it's actually a really good cut job it's a really good commercial for tubshroom um that maybe i've got a subscriber off of i don't know um just funny man i'm like dang you know right away i called josh and i'm like dude like what do i do like how do i you know and i've seen it since then as well when it's got like 3.5 million views on it now and i'm like oh man it's getting looked at so those comments they really i don't think you're getting looked at too much or at least people aren't caring so it's like uh dude dude it would be nice right it'd be demanded like jj i would love it man i need the royalties my man yeah it's you know what it is what it is it's a lesson learned that next time hey it's in there i know and that's so that's the other thing is you're absolutely right steve steve says dang it could have been good advertising for your channel i would have thought so to you dude i would have thought it could have been a great promotion right and as i talked to josh about it a little bit later he's like yeah dude he's like we know what you can use it whenever you're dealing with other sponsors later on and say hey like look even my younger videos have got a lot of views right my face is obviously one that people aren't that scared [Laughter] or maybe they are and that's why they don't they don't click that link yeah i don't know but i thought it was an interesting thing to share right so it's not that it has benefited me really in almost any way but there is like a three million video view out there or three million view video of my face on it floating around facebook so if you guys see it you know what if you actually type in tubshroom in your search bar at some point it's going to show up in your feed because that's just the way facebook works i think i think you type in one thing or you actually just say it and the next thing you know it starts those ads start showing up in your feed like what the heck man i just said that and now all of a sudden boom got it oh it's weird weird and good but it is what it is dude that's it can't cry over spilt milk we just keep moving on um see what else man i've been uh i've been talking to josh actually about maybe going back out to the stoney ridge at some point and kicking it which i think could be great oh what up jason how you doing who's your helpers in the house that'd be awesome um jj jj says 3 million x's 5 or 10 cents it does you're absolutely right dude it would be next time i will understand that a little bit more right i wish i would have uh negotiated something a little bit better than him mentioning me to their you know subscribers which didn't even end up getting done so yeah next time um it's all right i mean amy sent me and then i you're right yeah i guess you just never know i didn't know it was going to be a commercial either a pro i thought it maybe would just be a little promo thing but it turned out that like it's just an advertisement for him and linked it to amazon and they had a cool thing rolling um um what'd you say uh jason from who's your helper said i would love to just cross over 500 subs dude you're gonna get there all right i i was watching i watched your strawberry video of the day you're gonna get there dude it's just time man sometimes it is time and you know what sometimes it's time that none of us have right that that's the other thing um it really is it's freaking the other thing i you know i was going to tell you about that put tags like i feel like i was watching videos that you don't have any tags you need tags man and they can be the same on every single video but look it um you know what just facebook message me we'll chat a little bit about it because i i would i love to help you out a little bit with that like because tags are it's where it's at dude like you can get in some good tag combos i feel like your subscriber base grows exponentially right that's just
