My First ROBOT lawnmower: Everything you need to know

What happens here

Locate the base station near a power source. Unravel the provided green boundary wire. For installation, first secure the boundary wire at the corner points of your planned mowing area. The instructions recommend placing stakes every 30 inches along the wire. Maintain a distance of 10 inches from any side wall and 40 inches from other obstacles. Use a hammer to drive the tie-downs (ground stakes) into the ground, ensuring the wire is taut and follows the planned perimeter. Once the perimeter is complete, connect the wire back to the base station. The base station itself has four screws to secure it to the ground. Use an Allen key to twist these screws in (not drive them) to avoid them popping out.

Goal: Create the defined mowing area and secure the charging station.
