Mold Killing Primer | Kill Mold Before Painting

so we're working on an exterior here and I've got a problem and I've got a solution to solve the problem zenzer mold killing primer now this house has some very mature Landscaping all the way around it really high trees there's been a lot of moisture back here in the house has gotten mold on the house we don't carry bleach to kill mold but we do have a product that kills mold and this is a mold killing primer from zenzer it kills mold mildew and odor causing bacteria what's unique about this product is you don't have to remove the mold it kills the mold so you just paint it right over the top of the mold and it won't allow mold to continue to grow on top of it we have some f up here um water damage unfortunately there's no uh gutters up there it should be gutters but we've a lot of water um was coming down on this fascia mold started growing on it it's actually not wood it's a like cardboard type siding material and I'm a composite material and mold loves it so you got to get rid of it or it's going to continue growing it's going to continue damaging the fascia or the siding so we got multiple spots on this house we're going to be using it all you got to do is brush it on it's pretty unique it's a water-based product so it just cleans up with soap and water it also what's something unique about it is it binds chalky siding so if you're uh dealing with chalky siding and another thing we see on chalky siding is spot mold and if you get um spot mold on vinyl siding chalky vinyl siding or chalky metal siding this product will solve the chalkiness and it will kill the mold or mdeo that's growing on it so I'm going to show you just applying it all I just do is I just use a brush I'm just going to brush it on one of the great things about it once again water base comes in quartz gallons spray cans another place I've actually used it before is bathrooms that have mold problems in bathrooms it's got a bunch of mold up here right here this is going to kill the mold keep mold from growing on it and then I'm once this dries I'm going to put some triple thick primer to glue this all back [Music] together so I got mold that was growing on the front side going to brush it right over the top of that I do got mold that was growing on the back side here want to get it all on the back side too this back side has it pretty bad it's going to brush on a heavy [Music] coat [Music] it's like that now that's all taken care of it's going to kill the mold mold's not going to grow here's a good example of a metal awning that's pretty much shaded all day long it's got spotted mold grown all over it and um zener's mold killing primer would be a good option it can go on a multiple multiple different surfaces including a metal right here and you would power wash this awning and then I would paint it spray it with mold killing primer and that'll kill the any mold that's left after power washing it and it's going to keep mold growing and then I'm going to uh do my top coat right over the top of that we got our house all painted and now we can see you know what it looks like the end result looks amazing and that problem shouldn't exist anymore zener's mold killing primer uh kills existing mold mildew and odor causing bacteria and our job looks amazing now that it's done [Music] [Applause]
