What happens here

Before starting the dragging process, the host visually inspects various areas of his pasture. He shows several cow manure pats, noting their dry, crusted appearance and lack of earthworm activity, which he attributes to poor soil health and slow decomposition. He contrasts this with embedded footage from another regenerative farmer (Greg Judy), demonstrating active earthworm breakdown in healthier soil. He also points out sections of the pasture where dense, dry residual hay (thatch) is matted on the ground, preventing new grass from growing through. This visual assessment highlights the issues dragging aims to address: poor nutrient distribution and inhibited grass regeneration.

Goal: Visually evaluate the current state of the pasture, including manure breakdown and thatch presence.
