Milwaukee's New SPECIALTY concrete Tools!

wow [Music] all right you guys we're going to be touring world of concrete looking at all the newest coolest tools gear and equipment but this show was brought to you by a company called rogue leasing and i picked these guys out specifically for a very personal reason a lot of you guys don't realize this but when i was first starting out with my dad in construction every single financial decision we made could have made us or broke us and what we also found out is banks wouldn't finance us i mean we were pretty poor i mean my dad would say we didn't have a pot to piss in or a window to throw it out and that wasn't that far from the truth and i realized that maybe there's some of you guys that might also could potentially use some help lining up financing understanding leases just trying to get your business launched off the ground and so what you guys don't know is for the last three months i've been working behind the scenes checking out this company called rogue leasing talking to you guys vetting them making sure they're the right people to help a lot of you guys that just can't walk into a bank and walk straight out with a loan these guys are an opera and are a good option so we're going to meet a gal named marianne today we're going to learn a little bit about that and we're going to look at a lot of really cool tools so let's dive into it [Applause] [Music] now this is new this year right yeah this actually comes out on the first of february so pre-sales open right now units will start shipping out next month and that's using the the mx fuel battery right yep this is our new mx fuel vibratory screen this is our eighth installment in the mx fuel light duty equipment tools 35 pounds for the tool about five for the battery and your body is we're going to get to two hours per charge with a 12 foot bar so we're pulling a 16 foot bar probably anywhere from you know an hour to an hour and a half what is the price price point on this 24.99 with two compact batteries it's gonna come with your charger our compact batteries charge in 45 minutes so you're running a surplus on time your run times longer than your charge time all right let's look over here they're not doing a demonstration but it looks like they have two new vibrators so they've got one they'll have one dedicated and then they've got one on the mx fuel platform over here so this is brand new i've never seen this before this runs off their big their big battery platform set it to the side and pop that in looks like it's got a remote right there so you can run it remotely and that one you just grab and go are these yes these are all framing these are new this year so then one of the relatively new pieces to the milwaukee m18 fuel cordless nailer lineup uh we have our 21 and 30 degrees available in both standard magazine and extended magazine what do you think oh i like it do you like it yes what do you do framing bring me the concrete framing and concrete yes so with these with both the 21 and the 30 degree framing nailers you're gonna see more power than your standing standard pneumatic framer um so that means it's going to drive nails into thicker material much quicker you can shoot about three nails per second on the sequential firing mode that we offer on the back of each of these that's changed very easily from single to sequential there additionally we offer them in both standard and extended magazine capabilities the extended magazine capacity holds two collisions of any of your standard nails you pop into them um so you don't need a special you don't need a special nail you can go to your local hardware store and grab something off the shelf on the shelf of the base of a home depot wherever you go to get your nails no ramp up time no gas cartridges no air cylinders no air lines absolutely it's pure pure milwaukee power absolutely and it's completely compatible across the entire m18 mod boom thank you austin absolutely you you fun people with no social security number yeah like who doesn't have a social security number um plenty of people you would be you'd be surprised i would be surprised because i i mean you have a lot of people that live in one location and then they just come here for their contracting work and you know it's difficult to get social security and permanent residency it's literally it's very difficult i know because i'm an immigrant okay expensive and annoying and there's a lot to do with it so but you can get a driver's license if you've got a driver's license we will fund you some of the guys when they work especially like they'll do drills right like they'll be drilling and they don't have a social security but i promise you somebody that they work with because it's always tight-knit family it's always businesses like that will sign will cosign then it's fine too so no social no problem good to know can you guys finance this we finance that because it generates instant income and the value remains inside of the equipment what about smaller equipment like this it's still stuff a guy needs so so cool we would do some of it now um obviously it has to get to 10 000. okay and we would look at the individual pieces like the equipment must last for the duration of your lease zone program right if it's something that's going to get so would this be something they'd have to lease first as long as the value is over 10 grand no so if they had good credit we could get it financed okay if they have terrible credit they could get one or two pieces on our new program so it gets to ten thousand i'm not sure like what these cost and then they would lease it yes so they would make a down payment to us and whatever we say say 10 20 percent then they would lease it and then they'd own it at the end all right can you walk me through this one this is brand new right yes this is brand new yeah this is going to be part of our mx fuel equipment system so we've always had m12 compact series m18 our bread and butter now mx fuel this is kind of allowing us to get into now higher power tools uh cutting the cord and reducing gas emissions so when we were developing this tool specifically the core drill there were two things really we wanted to keep in mind focus on one was safety through our research just a lot of feedback often injuries at height especially when the bits are getting bound up in the wall and you're getting taken for a ride so you get the kickback technology worked into it exactly so we have auto stop integrated in a lot of our other tools and we definitely were making sure to incorporate that here so this right here is bound up in the wall we purposely has it found now competitive ported units today on the market it's wet over here um competitive units today on the market when the fish is typically in that vine users are often going to experience that 180 degree rotation we're throwing them very hazardous especially when you're working at height we've heard broken shoulders thumbs kneecaps when you're pouring in the ground so what we installed here is our auto top technology that's it the bit is bound it's a very simple simple solution here it's going to stop it at that 45 degree angle and prevent the speed from coming yeah but you didn't hit the trigger oh you did hit the trigger wow wow just like that so super something really small right but makes a huge difference and the feedback we get especially on that future is that you know it's pretty live race questions so one other feature i do want to show is our clutch mechanism here so same thing if you're in a bound position and that's new by milwaukee this year right oh that came out last year the old anti-kickback technology came out last year okay there you go and we're at the milwaukee booth thank you all right i'm looking at buying a new kubota loader right technically it's not new it's used but um i was just gonna pay for it straight out i was gonna kind of financially scrap myself just to try to make sure i got that piece of equipment because i need it but tony mentioned that you guys have that leasing program where you guys can i can put a chunk of change down not the whole thing so i don't have to just blow all my money in one spot then you guys will lease it but a hundred percent of that lease is tax deductible exactly which means to me not just the equipment but the interest rate but to me that means a third of that cost of that lease comes right off so i'm double dipping on getting my equipment for that much cheaper because i'm now making everything that i paid towards it completely tax deductible and at the end you just have a dollar right off okay so the lease is not with an apr it doesn't come with the interest rate per se okay okay finance comes with an interest rate not a lease it's normally a fixed amount but the good thing about the lease is whatever equipment you're gonna purchase if you don't have the money then you're gonna go rent it right and you never own it so you're throwing all that money into the rentals or you take all the money that you have and you throw it in this one piece of equipment now you can't pay laborers you're starting to get knocked on your credit some guys have repos on the on their vehicles because they're trying to pay for their skid steers know what i mean i've got a repo in my on mine yep yeah and so that's what happens but when they come to us we'll see if they qualify for a finance finances can be zero percent down and five percent apr right but if they don't because they don't have good credit they can go down to a 400 credit score they don't have a social security they um had a criminal record or some legal issue which we can discuss then you put them onto the lease program as long as the equipment makes them money right so then you go into the lease program so okay you'll put in 10 or 20 percent it depends on whatever you qualify to put down now that serves as your buyout at the end so there's no buy out at the end okay okay um and it's a lease to own so you'll own it free and clear oh if you don't want it anymore then you lease feel free to give it back to us and we'll give you a downtime oh very cool all right johnny famous mr phil might have been watching the videos with johnny doing the piggy bank and won that region in philadelphia this past year so keep in mind a lot can change here tom yeah a lot of action we're coming down all right guys so this is the brand new toro t uh tx 1300 this isn't even out yet though right next week it will be you're but you are on the product team that actually builds and develops and correct okay so can you tell me about this kyle so this is our newest bingo the tx 1300 it's new to our lineup it fits in between the tx1000 and txl2000 if you guys are familiar and it's got the telescoping arms and telescope arms so you can boom in and out so telescope's out a hinge pin height of 109 inches to get into a center of a truck or a dumpster non-telescoped is 89. it's got a 37 horsepower yanmar engine in it it's 46 inches wide so it's gonna not get through your gate but still that compact footprint that toro touts a lot of um we've also changed our hydraulic controls from what you're used to on the tx1 i have a number to go we've integrated our hydraulics into the loader arm control itself so we've eliminated the third secondary function here of the hydraulics and put it into the loader arm control itself we have the patent patented toro traction controls so you won't find this anywhere else on the market um that's one of the things that we're known for as well control panel right updated our auxiliary lockout with this machine and we've taken away the silver nub that used to be on the platform itself and integrated takeout airtime so it's not weight it's not the operator weight in the platform they've actually got to activate the safety switch and that locks out the hydraulic locks in the hydraulics to keep hands-free control while you're working how much is it going to cost well the msrp right now is about 54. um but that's what i can say as a manufacturer out of the dealership you're probably looking at the mid low 40s out the door okay 54. and that's the that's what's new by toro this is the in telescope t uh tx 1300 thanks kyle appreciate it sir hey is that your first time running one of those oh a milwaukee yes use uh i don't know the actual company but i do masonry and demolition and gas power but you get a gas powered breaker how's that handle compared to the gas powered breaker are you used to i have a gap we have a gas car we have a board one the cord gets you know gets tangled around the legs have to move it always have to get in the way and then gas you always when you're empty you have to go fill it back up something easy about battery powered battery's not heavy at all the machine put it together it's still not heavy a small guy like me can handle it pretty well so i most definitely recommend huh interesting all right you guys that's going to call it for today's video if you guys want to learn
