Masking Electrical Outlets/Switches

What happens here

Before applying the second coat or cutting in, temporarily remove the covers of any electrical outlets or light switches. Then, carefully mask around the exposed electrical components with painter's tape to protect them from paint. This ensures clean edges and prevents paint from getting into electrical parts.

Goal: Protect electrical outlets and switches from paint.
