Secure the Tape with Pressure

What happens here

While still pulling the tape tight with one hand (the leading hand), use your other hand (the trailing hand) to press the tape down firmly along the entire length. The video specifically shows using three fingers to apply consistent, strong pressure. This firm pressure seals the edges of the Frog Tape to the smooth surface, which is vital for preventing paint from bleeding underneath and achieving a perfectly crisp, straight paint line every time.
