What happens here

Based on the finalized blueprints, begin the physical transformation of the backyard. Mark out the different patio levels and wall locations using stakes and string. Perform excavation and grading to create the stepped elevations for the dining area, hot tub, and fire pit. This involves significant earthmoving to achieve the desired contours. Construct all retaining walls, including the curved seat wall around the fire pit, ensuring they are built on stable foundations and are properly leveled. Lay down and compact several inches of gravel for the sub-bases of all paver areas, followed by a bedding layer of sand. During this phase, professionals may be involved in initial rough-ins for the hot tub's electrical and plumbing.

Goal: Transform the sloped yard into a multi-level hardscape foundation.
