What happens here

Once the surface is clean and dry, carefully plan the precise placement of each vinyl decal. Use a measuring tape to ensure the decal is centered, level, and consistently positioned across multiple pieces of equipment if applicable, mimicking the branding seen on the various construction vehicles in the video. Mark the desired placement with painter's tape or a washable marker. For larger decals, a common technique is the "hinge method": apply a strip of painter's tape down the middle of the decal to temporarily secure it to the surface, allowing you to work on one half at a time. This method facilitates fine adjustments before permanent adhesion and helps prevent misplacement.

Goal: Accurately position vinyl decals for a professional and consistent appearance.
