Excavation and Base Preparation for Raised Garden Bed

What happens here

This segment of the video shows an area of the yard being excavated and prepared for a raised garden bed. The ground is dug out, and a layer of gravel is laid down, covered by black landscape fabric. A worker is seen compacting or leveling this base. The purpose of the gravel and fabric is to provide a stable foundation, prevent weed growth under the retaining wall blocks that will form the raised bed, and ensure proper drainage for the garden. The grading of the area is also adjusted to accommodate the new structure.
