What happens here

This video is a recruitment message for individuals interested in snow removal work during the winter season. The speaker discusses various job opportunities, including operating heavy equipment like loaders, skid steers, and plow trucks, as well as sidewalk snow removal roles, which he clarifies often involve ride-on machines rather than manual shoveling. He encourages those seeking additional income in winter to contact them for positions.
