Final Inspection and Cleanup

What happens here

Once the final coat of paint has completely dried and cured (check paint manufacturer's recommendations for full cure time, which can be several days), perform a final inspection of the chairs to ensure a smooth, uniform, and drip-free finish. Carefully remove all drop cloths or tarps from the work area. Immediately clean your spray gun by disassembling it and flushing all components with the appropriate cleaning solution (water for latex/acrylic paint, or mineral spirits for oil-based paint). This prevents paint from drying and clogging the sprayer for future use. Dispose of paint residue and cleaning solutions according to local environmental regulations.
