Process Lumber Through Machine

What happens here

With the machine filled and ready, begin feeding the lumber through 'The Expert Paint & Stain Machine.' Place one end of a lumber piece into the machine's opening. The internal rollers will grip the wood and pull it through, applying an even coat of stain or paint on all sides. For longer or wider pieces, such as the decking boards shown, it is beneficial to have a second person assist by guiding the lumber into the machine and receiving it as it exits. This ensures a steady, straight feed and prevents the lumber from sagging or touching the ground too soon. The machine is designed to work with 'no overspray,' keeping the work area clean.

Goal: Apply stain/paint to lumber using the automated machine.
