Understand the Power of Goals

Goals can be the single most powerful and most destructive thing that you can do in your company. But don't take it from me. Listen to what my buddy John Lee Dumis has to say about it. After having interviewed over 1,000 entrepreneurs, there is one thing that stands out above everything else. People that are successful in this world, in the business world, as entrepreneurs are those who set and accomplish goals. You know, all of these amazing people that John has had the opportunity to interview will talk about the power of goals, but I don't hear a lot of them talking about how goals can absolutely derail your progress in your company. I want to go over a couple examples because although you can build a company off the power of goals, you can also destroy your organization as well.
