To add a fly prevention feature, take the mop-like attachment (fly mop/wiper) and insert its pin on one side into the corresponding hole on the feeder body. Then, compress the rubberized material slightly to fit the other pin into its hole. This attachment allows for the application of fly repellent, which will then coat the animal's face as it accesses the minerals. The presenter notes that they are currently researching organic fly repellent options.
