What happens here
Use a low-profile impact driver and the correct size socket (likely 15/16 inch or 24mm) to loosen and remove the bolts securing the blades to the spindles. For stubborn bolts, a breaker bar or holding the blade firmly with a block of wood can help. Remove all three blades. The video shows this being done with an impact driver.
Goal: Detach the mower blades from the spindles for replacement.
