folks i'm out here again in the mini shop moving stuff to the mega shop and this is something that's going to be in the butcher shop soon this is a harvest right freeze dryer guys now it's hot out here in the garage we wouldn't be using this thing in the garage because basically all it does is it freezes whatever you put in it and dries it completely out so it's a really cool little piece of equipment to have for your farm for preserving in other words it makes things shelf stable for 25 years i'll post the link down there in a comment in case you guys want to check yourself out one of these awesome harvest right freeze dryers really cool addition to the farm got a bag sealer got all kinds of fun stuff there's a compressor right here that goes with it it draws the moisture out via vacuum and freezing it's really cool expect a future fun video with this crater right here we're going to be doing some tomatoes and some garlic and some everything on the farm thanks guys it's hot
