Observe Electrician's Arrival

What happens here

The video opens with a man, identified by the on-screen text as an 'Electrician', pulling a substantial, wheeled stack of red Milwaukee Packout modular toolboxes. He is moving from a white Tesla Model Y towards what appears to be a job site. The stack is impressively tall, showcasing a significant number of individual toolboxes connected together. The scene then transitions to a 'Jobsite Manager' wearing a blue hard hat and a high-visibility safety vest, reviewing a clipboard. The manager expresses admiration for the electrician's setup, commenting 'Dang.. I need to get me some packouts' and suggests 'Get this guy a raise', humorously highlighting the perceived value of such extensive and organized tool preparedness.

Goal: Understand the humorous scenario and the emphasis on tool organization and quantity.
