When I first started this business, we would never go to Home Depot for supplies. >> Why? >> Because we used to get discounts at supply houses. When you had, you know, good credit and you had a good relationship with your supply house. >> Yeah. >> You would never come to like a Home Depot or a Lowe's because this is what customers buy at. >> Yep. >> But you know what? The supply houses, they messed up. They got greedy. They got away from taking care of their main customers and started treating everybody the same. So go to supply house over Home Depot. >> No, I I wouldn't anymore. Only unless it depends on what the material is. Obviously, if it's industrial threephase, you have no choice. >> But when you need the vanilla ice cream stuff from day to day, there's no incentive to go to the supply house anymore. >> I agree. >> They don't give you a break. >> I like Home Depot because they got flexible hours. Sometimes my supply shop that I go to, they close at like 5:00. Home Depot close at 10:00. So sometimes when I'm at a late job, >> How about it? Yeah, I might pay a little more, but if I got to get the job done. >> But you really aren't. Sometimes you pay more at the supply house. And one of the problems with supply houses is they compete with each other. Let's say they got $12 for this three gang box here. Wow, that's a lot. But this is an adjustable box. So, this is designed to go in and out. You might buy this for $12 in one branch and $15 in another branch. Yep. And then you call up and complain and they'll go, "Well, it's a different region. It's a different branch." That's You go to Home Depot, every price is the same all the time. The only thing is your customers know what the prices are. So, if you try to get a, you know, a double on your material, which we deserve, could get called out for. >> Very true. All right, let's get some Let's get our materials.
