Apply Tape to Delint and Inspect Roller

What happens here

To begin the delinting process, unroll a sufficient length of blue painter's tape, holding it vertically with the adhesive side facing outwards. Take the new paint roller and firmly roll it up and down the sticky surface of the tape. As you roll, the loose fibers and lint from the roller sleeve will transfer and adhere to the tape. Repeat this action, shifting the roller to a clean section of tape as needed, until no more lint is visibly picked up from the roller. The presenter then holds up the used tape to demonstrate the effectiveness of the method, showing the collected lint. He concludes by reiterating that this process only needs to be performed once for a new roller sleeve, making it ready for immediate use in painting.
