Install Ceiling Support Tracks

What happens here

Hold the first ceiling support track against the marked ceiling studs. Use an impact drill (recommended for easier and more secure fastening into wood) to drive the long screws through the track and into the center of the ceiling joists. Repeat this process for all required support tracks, ensuring they are parallel and at the correct distance from each other as specified in the instructions. If your ceiling is not standard, you may need to adjust placement to hit existing studs. An impact drill will significantly ease the process of driving long screws into overhead wood.

Goal: Mount the long, slotted support tracks directly to the ceiling joists using an impact drill and screws, ensuring they are firmly secured. This forms the foundation for the entire rack system.
