I'm selling the Cows! Is the Farm Closing or What?

What happens here

The farmer begins by loading various tools and supplies onto his ATV, including a bucket, a ground rod, and spools of electric fence wire. He drives his ATV to the pasture where the cattle are grazing. He then removes a portable electric fence unit, identified as a 'Razor Grazer' (Range Ward, Razor Grazer), from his ATV. He uses a specialized tool to drive the ground rod into the soil to ensure proper grounding for the electric fence. After grounding, he drives the ATV along the fence line, deploying the portable fence unit, which automatically inserts posts and unwinds the polybraid wire. He connects the ground wire from the Razor Grazer to the ground rod and connects the live wire to the existing electric fence system to electrify the new fence line. The Razor Grazer itself is shown to contain a battery and an electric fence setup with a charger on top, and also a reel of polybraid.

Goal: Establish a new section of electric fence for cattle rotational grazing.
