What happens here
With the rough opening prepared, the new sliding glass door unit is carefully lifted and maneuvered into place. This often requires multiple people due to the size and weight of the unit. The door frame is then shimmed, leveled, and plumbed within the rough opening to ensure it operates smoothly and seals correctly. Once perfectly aligned, the frame is securely fastened to the wall framing using appropriate fasteners (screws or nails). After the main frame is set, the individual sliding door panels are installed into their tracks.
