What happens here

This segment introduces Prest-on Insta-Back clips, an innovative solution for repairing large holes in drywall. The presenter explains the process: first, square up the hole in the damaged drywall. Then, insert the Insta-Back clips into the hole, sliding them on so the tabs hold them in place. These clips have perforations for screws. Once the clips are screwed in, a new piece of drywall can be installed into the opening and screwed into the larger perforations on the clips. Finally, the tabs on the clips are toggled back and forth to break them off just below the drywall surface, leaving a strong, completed repair ready for mud, tape, and paint.
