I HAD TO SHOW YOU THIS!...Allen Wrench Set Came With a Cool Extra!

hey folks that pixie guy here and today we're gonna be talking about the allen wrenches with two first names rex betty so come along let's get to reviewing [Music] [Applause] all right so here we go the allen wrench set with two first names first thing we do open this batboy up check this out right the foam is nice these foam cutouts being able to have this like this i've actually just been keeping this box in my toolbox that way it just doesn't get everywhere this actually has been pretty cool first thing that i noticed that i really liked about this was millimeter is a different color than sae right this helps with confusion mix up you're not going to lose these things as easy in my opinion with these being different colors and so you check this out this actually just pops open and it doesn't latch which it might be a little bit nicer if it did latch but whatever dude it's good that's definitely a little more compact we have this metric one right here that folded out is still smaller than this pittsburgh set that i have right i guess uh these are cheap these were real cheap and i've uh i've upgraded just a little bit and one of the reasons i wanted to get this is because i was looking for something with a ball end a little bit longer of a setup so one of the things i liked about this as opposed to what i already had here was one these are definitely a little bit longer look if we take the number 10 out and we compare it like much longer right out the go but then it also has this little ball end and you're like well what's the ball end for dude well say this is your bolt and this is the this is where it goes in right there right well this ball end actually allows you to be able to go in at at least it'll go up to a 25 degree angle so say you can't hit that just perfect well this should still fit down inside there snug and allow you to loosen it tighten it to get it out or tighten it up okay it totally does work too it's it's a pretty nice little feature another big thing was it came with this and this little pill shape thing here i guess you would say or i don't know cylinder shape thing actually allows you to make this into a t-handle so once again we'll just pop this bad boy back out and look just flip this around to the biggest piece go right there and bam look at that now you've got a t-handle going on you're able to get this get a good grip and get some torque i'm not saying this is the greatest built thing right because this is plastic but this is definitely better than some of the other versions of this that i've seen out there the other thing it also has is it has sorry it has all these holes right here you essentially do the same thing just put that down in there and now you just gave yourself just a little bit better of a grip to allow you to go i don't know how much torque and pressure this piece of plastic is actually going to take before it breaks but according to the reviews and everything this is an upgraded version compared to their last one and is built much more sturdy which is awesome because i'm going to tell you these are cheap right and with a cheap product you definitely get some bad reviews sometimes so apparently rex betty used to be called another brand before they switched over to this and they used a little bit cheaper a metal now the newer stuff seems to be a little bit better the reviews on these were a bit better so i said you know what why not let's give it a shot we'll try them out see how this thing works and you know i just want to know if anybody else out there has ever used something like this too because i really i like the idea i wish that i could carry a whole set of t-handles with me all the time but honestly it's not practical right if i was a mechanic and i had a set place that i worked all the time that would be great but it's just not now i guess if i could find a t-handle set up in a smaller box like this then i would probably consider it because i mean really i've just been keeping them in this and carrying them around in it so why not but you guys have seen me use this on the shower valve here so then we'll take this three thirty seconds right here and this is just a little handle this gives you a little bit more grip on this and then we'll just counter and i can tell you that adds a little bit extra torque and that's nice man and then my wife actually has been putting together a bike with logan fix it so that's this right here all right so this is my wife's full suspension mountain bike right she's actually been building this up it was just a frame a couple weeks ago but her logan fix it have been hooking this up and i can tell you a lot of metric allen wrenches used on this bike you can see allen wrench allen wrench allen wrenches and this little bad boy right here is called the mac ride mini and little mabel can actually sit on this and ride around while my wife and logan fix it are cruising and this takes allen wrench allen set up here allen wrench is here allen wrench down here right there's just so many places man alarms here okay so then if you flip this over it actually tells you what's in it right 13 sae keys 13 metric keys and then of course that t handle grip all right well just something i wanted to show you guys give me your thoughts let me know have you used these do you own some would you never own them let me know all right so i really hope you found this review useful right these are a cheaper version but i have to say there is some cool features with this stuff all right if you're
