What happens here

This project involves the efficient relocation of a large mound of pulverized dirt from a residential front yard to the backyard using a compact track loader. The process demonstrates effective material handling for landscaping or grading purposes, while also implicitly highlighting the importance of clear communication and agreements with neighbors regarding property work.

no excuse [Music] me we're just getting this built up so I think he's bringing it from here to here [Music] [Applause] [Music] do your dogs do this when the sirens go [Music] off this one's not a howler no it's not all right guys it's a gorgeous day it's April we're going to head over and we're going to help one of our neighbors move some dirt because that's what neighbors do no matter what happens neighbors help neighbors it's the right thing to do so let's go check out what we got to do today and then let's get her done I'm not sure why those alarms are actually going off it's not Wednesday the first Wednesday of the month our alarms go off at least in our neck of the woods do they go off where you're from Zach I'm going to give you the camera you know what to do for the neighbors right yeah hold there yeah all right so I'm going to give you the camera okay so I'm going to leave you guys in Zach's hands he's going to go haul the dirt all right here you go guys if you don't like the footage blame him all right so today we're helping Cliff move some pulverized dirt to his backyard and I'm going to come in on this side come through here or go around this way yeah cuz we can't drive on any of the patio and stuff cuz maybe a light machine but you still break concrete or you still sink it in and whatnot and you don't want that and trying to be nice people oh he said he doesn't care about this right here so we're going to come in around and then or yeah might actually come in through here around and then we're dumping I don't know few bucketfuls right here we're just getting this built up so I think he's bringing it from here to here oh excuse me I'm not really sure but yeah so I'm going to get set up on a time lapse and I'm just going to go from there America was built on neighbors helping neighbors but sometimes that can bite you in the butt I was doing a massive Boulder retaining wall on a lake shore and the neighbors retaining wall bed right up to the project I was working on and what had happened is their retaining wall the neighbors retaining wall started to just it was disintegrating it was so old that the Timbers themselves if you touch them would fall apart they would just disintegrate so when we removed the retaining wall we were working on we opted to replace some of the worst Timbers that they had in their retaining wall problem is we never asked them and we should have my project firman called up and he's like you know the neighbors Timbers are just falling apart and if once we remove this there's going to be issues not just with our wall but with their wall and I says just go ahead and replace them just make sure you match it up just do a good job for them I'm sure it'll be okay worst mistake I could have ever made we that neighbor that we replaced those three Timbers three Timbers took us to court and sued us for for [Music] $3,300 because we went on his property and replaced them and I admitted to the judge I'm like yeah but I had a video of course you know being a videographer of what it looked like beforehand which pissed everybody in the court off the judge didn't even want to look at it she said why should I look at this and I'm like because it's evidence of what was there and I did an improvement on the project the judge was so pissed at me that she didn't award the neighbor that I did the work to $3,300 she multiplied it by three she multiplied it by three and awarded the neighbor $9,900 for me to replace three of his Timbers that I did on my own dime and that is legal that is something that you can do if you do an improvement on someone's property without their approval they can sue you up to three times the amount that of Damages and win and if you live in Minnesota and you got these kind of Judges that we have around here these corrupt judges which we do have a lot of corrupt judges there's a lot of corrupt judges Across America as far as I'm concerned you could lose especially if they sniff that you're not part of their uh their normal agenda but let's just keep watching this video [Music] parts of my hometown in Minneapolis were burned absolutely down to the ground torched we had a a police station completely torched and the police ran off and this was during the George Floyd when those incidences were starting to occur and crime was was going off the charts and we had our Representatives screaming defund the police chaos broke out in Minneapolis and the city was lit on fire since that has happened there was a documentary came out called the fall of Minneapolis and I highly recommend you check it out it's currently on YouTube but it's probably going to get pulled really fast and they actually covered the George Floyd trial and you learn pretty quick that the judge on that case would not allow a certain amount of evidence like some of the mov that they were doing on George Floyd were called the MRT maximal restraint technique and it's actually in the police handbook for Minneapolis but the judge wouldn't allow this in it becomes eye openening just how corrupted and politically biased I believe our judicial system and our judges have become I think that it is almost as corrupt as our political system and I think both sides of the aisle and our political system have been compromised and corrupted I'm not saying one side has done more than the other I think not only are our politicians corrupted but I think our judicial system and our judges have been bought out paid for and corrupted and allow their political bias into their decision-making process but what are you guys seeing out there are you noticing anything like this or is just a one-off isolated incident and on top of it if you've happened to see that show the fall of Minneapolis what do you think of that put that in the comments down below I want to hear your guys' thoughts on this all right so we finished hauling all this load ODS here for Cliff now he's going to spread around and whatnot and do whatever but yeah they cast me a little B great didn't really tear up the yard very much it's just kind of indented where you kind of drive over it but otherwise yeah pretty much didn't tear it up at all so all right on to the next one well thanks for going along for the ride today and I would say to you never do free work because it doesn't pay you anyway but today's video I did a free job so I guess I don't even learn my own lessons but if you guys have ever done a favor for a neighbor for a customer for someone and then had it turn around and bite you in the butt i' love to hear from you guys your experience cuz it seems like in this day and age where people are entitled they have zero problem going back after the person that's doing the favor for them it just everything seems so backwards in this world nowadays but that's all I got for you on this one stay safe out there be safe out there enjoy your day enjoy your family enjoy your friends and do the best you possibly can God bless and go get them you guys we'll catch you on another one [Music]
