What happens here

Actively delegate the identified tasks using your chosen platform. Post job descriptions, review applications, and hire freelancers for the work. The goal is to 'take something off your plate' so you can regain control of your schedule. This new efficiency will allow you to allocate dedicated time to your personal DIY projects, such as finally fixing the broken pool equipment or continuing work on your A-frame cabin, ensuring that 'efficiency and impact matters way more now than ever before.'

Goal: Successfully offload tasks to create dedicated time for DIY projects.

somebody that's handling marketing or sales. That's a great one. Look, with everything that's going on in the world right now, efficiency and impact matters way more now than ever before. I got to put this lawn mower away. Look, the bottom line is if you're stretched thin like I am, cut cost, not talent. Don't try to do everything yourself. Whether it's marketing, sales, or admin, whatever, post a job for free on upwork.com and finally take something off your plate. My afternoon's finally free.
