who are you from uh I'm from Minnesota how are you good good I'm Stan stage to me you were looking at that I'm actually your competition yeah yeah so what I'm doing is I'm just filming the inside of the store to to get all the notes so I can rebuild this store and do a better job than you guys you know what I'm freaking with people okay where's my machine I think that lawnmower is louder than the loader um damn that is a nice looking cab [Music] hey Siri how far away is Sioux City Wisconsin is about 231 Miles Away by car oh all right you guys well let's load up the truck and trailer and head out to McFarland's I'll see you guys there now in just a minute guys we're gonna go in together and buy a new machine but since I have filmed this video I've had an opportunity to use this machine on a lot of different job sites I've done forestry mulching with it I've built a road with it and I built a house pad with this machine and I've got some feedback for you guys both good and bad I'm not here to sugarcoat anything with you guys so in just a few minutes I'm going to share with you all the things that I love but a couple two things that I really don't like about this piece of equipment but let's just end up let's just get to the shop first and see what it is we're buying we made it Curry how are you good boss how are you doing good all right so we're I'm buying a new machine from you but before we do I want to throw this out there you've got some Kubota loaders here yep and there's one you don't recommend buying let's do one you got don't say the name of it and there's one that I have bought and I'm on par to buy a couple more from you possibly yet this year before the season goes would you be interested in making uh buy this don't buy that video regarding Kubota loaders I think it's my opinion but yeah I think we could definitely take a look at that okay so if you guys want to see the buy this don't buy that video on Kubota loaders tell Corey that you want to see that video say Corey show me that video because you specifically twice told me not to buy it is like no different than you right so when I look at the svl 65 video first machine that you and I worked with on yeah the 65 didn't work out for you I still love the 65. that's because you're weird I know this is going to be the most powerful skid loader that I've ever personally bought not ran yep but but now this is the is this the top of the line for Kubota skid loaders it's the highest horsepower okay um so Kubota just released I believe it was last year there are 75-3 so you have 75-2 machine yeah um and there's a huge difference so do you guys have the opportunity get the dash three because it does an auto downshift correct huge massive Improvement correct so like my thing is there's there's so much more than just the three-speed transmission so what we're used to on a skid steer is going to be two speed um that third speed is where we're getting that auto downshift which is really similar to an excavator yeah um an excavator in high speed is going to have a three-speed transmission allows you to be able to make those turns a little bit smoother now on the skid steer what's really interesting is how well it does that with the Kubota 97-2 that I'm getting it does not have the advancements of the dash three correct is the dash three coming out next year and should I not buy this today so we actually have what's called a Kubota connect meeting coming up here in September where they released to the dealers the new product lines that are coming out we were really excited because we thought we were going to see the dash 397. yep we are not going to see the dash 397 this year oh so if you're still in the market for that 100 horsepower machine I don't think it's worth your time to wait because if they release it um we're still going to be another year outside of the release date when we see that so you're looking at two years tops before you can see a 97-3 if not more if not more oh okay okay so don't wait now the 97-2 is it's got high flow it's everything that we're used to in all the rest of the dash 2 market so okay you know that 65 the 75 or the previous rendition of the 75 it's still identical to what we expect out of that so your dash 2 and this 97 is going to feel really familiar for you it's a wider machine more horsepower much better hydraulic capacities as far as you know your flow rates which is what you're looking at I need the high flow rates I also have mine opted with a bulletproof door correct lexon or what do you call it don't worry so it's a Lexi on door technically it's bulletproof there's a 75-3 this is a dash they change the tracks on them they almost made them useful getting closer I can tell you I I've heard rumor that a few people listen to the videos of news so the rumor that we heard was I put a video of putting my uh piping my no I put my ASV 75 RT yep without a bucket nose to nose against my 75-2 before you siped it before I did anything with the tracks at all I didn't cite those tracks I just switched them out oh that's right you put a different set of tracks on that put them nose to nose on a on an icy parking lot and my ASV pushed that Kubota without a hesitation clear that would be 75 horsepower 275 horsepower class machines side by side they were identical and they were within 13 pounds of weight including the operators yep so there wasn't like one was heavier one was more powerful it was just traction alone yep okay where's my machine I mean we waited for a while for you to get this machine um you know he did the the track machines are still down wheeled machines are still down we just got our recent allocation list and it looks excessive coming into the end of the year um so it does look like we're going to have a lot of wheel machines a lot of track machines coming in before the end of the year is this one mine this one is yours oh wow look at the look at the open undercarriage nice I like that which would be nice because you're going to be off-road a lot with this thing with what you're trying to do with it I mean you're going to be able to have a lot of ability to be able to clean out materials so I'm going to have to Sipe these tracks because those aren't gonna those aren't going with us well hell yeah I'm gonna plot with it what do you what do you think so this is a new door system what that we it's still the same door that what you're used to but okay with the lexion door system it doesn't have a crack in the middle of it at least well we changed with this and this was a change for us so we used to buy them from fecon we used to buy them from Diamond Products um which are different mulching companies um this one's called the Perry company so what's different about this and I thought you'd be a good test dummy for it is this is actually clamped on not glued on so the problem with Lexi on doors so you can notice that it's clamped on right here the problem with Lexi on doors is they scratch they're not glass so for us now if you let's just say scratch this real bad and you want to get a replacement you only have to get the replacement lexion and you can just undo the the clamps on that and slide in a new new door nice so to me I really like this idea of it um we're still utilizing the same door that we we always did before but damn that is a nice looking cab the cabs yeah the Cab's a little bit bigger than what your 75 is not by a lot so the 65 75 and 97 all share the exact same door so we know width is going to be the same this is a definitely a BP girl what the heck is this thing that'll be your backup camera why is that different you don't have one on your 75 do you no yep so it's standard in this this is standard standard um the other thing that's standard that you can't see and I'm not going to point out where it's at is uh the telematic system so this machine comes standard with telematics so the telematics are going to allow you well you just lock your door because you're worried the telematics what's really cool is you can actually geofence this machine so it becomes a brick when you leave the job site with it so you have all those capabilities of being able to check in on it see where your depth level is at see where your fuel level's at before you ever go to that job site and that's all through the my Kubota app you can geofence that let's say for whatever reason it gets uh stolen from you yeah you literally can put inhibit restart now it's going to put the machine in the limp mode so the person can still be able to load it but they will never be able to restart that machine after you do inhibit restart on it really the other thing that's nice for us on a dealership level and for you as a consumer is you're going to see active error codes populated on that and not like before where it's going to populate here which still will and then you're questioning well what is this error code I'm going to call Corey and figure out what's going on what's going on yeah now it's going to actually show you what that error code is no different than if you looked up in your service manual okay so what are we looking at on the stick here Corey stick's gonna still be the same as what you're used to on that 75 so we're going to have all of our hydraulic controls here um our High full low flow is going to be adjusted via that button um this button right here yep that's high low flow yep so you're going to double tap it for the high flow what's really cool which I need almost a degree to be able to teach you but I will teach you how to do it is when you're going to be running a forestry Mulcher with this thing um you actually I can't remember I think it's five preset high flow settings oh shut up so what that's going to allow us to do is what I love this controllers the most basic touch of a button without adjusting it okay how I like to explain it is what we're leaving in the reserve tank so what what it's kind of doing is it's allowing us to be able to keep fluid inside that tank bring down let's say the high flow capacity you know from just running at full bore because the one thing I don't like with mulchers is when I pick that boom up and I start cutting I can feel those Hydraulics want to slow down so what I like to do is I like to put a little bit more left over in the tank so I'm still operating the skid steer the same way and then I can make head adjustments on that forestry Mulcher to be able to dial in that tuning of the machine so I don't have to worry about recovering you're not compromising anything question this is a critical question I'm selling my cat to buy this machine I'm just being straightforward you can't 259d it's all for sale right now but the cat has a dual pump system one for the Hydraulics one for the the tracks yep so you're never compromising as you're going forward into a pile and you're raising it you never feel anything bogging nothing is ever there's a hesitation or a doubt you're never losing power in a turn because you have a dedicated pump for your tracks and a dedicated pump for your arms yep so with your arm lift up and down with your track you know with moving your track you're not going to notice any of that where you will notice that is when you're using all of your Hydraulics getting pushed through these and that's where with us being able to control that we have the ability to be able to control what those responses are for you as an operator so is it a one pump or a two pump or don't you know I'm not sure you guys that know Kubota you guys tell me one pump or two pump I want to know what this is because I'm really hoping it's it's a twofer I think you're gonna like it have you had any issues if I can't I can't take it back so you had any issues with that 75 yeah originally I had the C travel which are extremely hard at least this is what I had right yep pad style right there in fact that's that almost probably could have been one of my machines so this is gonna be obviously it's it's similar in pattern but this is what they call the wavy age pattern um so you're gonna still have that pad which you're going to start having some cutouts in between that um which this I would call more of that all-terrain style track not more a snow track like what you have on that 75 what did we plot what are we powered by on this thing uh Kubota Engine obviously um all Kubota components on this um side here you want to pull it Forward yeah okay I'll capture you going forward why the heck do we have so many connections up front here well that's gonna be your high flow low flow and then K stream so it's got a separate connection for low flow yep what kind of so I get this conversation all the time so okay we have a how I like to explain is we have a bigger line we have a smaller line right so we have a bigger port and a smaller Port if you look at the back of the machine there's only one set of lines coming so typically we're going to be running a bigger hydraulic line for our high flow which is just giving us more of that volume so it's Port options it's Port options that's what all this is so if you don't fit on this one you'll fit on this one are the different sizes then they're different sizes yep so if you if you look at the size of if I can get that off so the size difference between what I would call your standard fittings versus your high flow fittings but truthfully you can run high flow from either or um it's more of a flow thing and then the K stream would just be obviously you know that I would say standard option now in all machines standard on this machine high flow machines but not a standard option so if you buy this Kubota ssv65 there is no electrical pin connection on it it's not a high flow machine and it doesn't have the option but it's standard with a high flow yep all right I think that lawnmower is louder than the loader if you guys are in Wisconsin and you want to buy a Kubota I would go to Corey this is the reason I just drove almost three or four hours however many hours you guys seen it in the beginning of the video I've gotten multiple machines from you to me it's about relationships it's not about the equipment so if there's other equipment I see you got a fence hat on if guys are looking for something else I'm going to recommend that they go to you because I mean you've been one of the best one of the two best sales people I've ever known in my life to be quite Frank I appreciate that yep what else do you sell if these guys are interested you know I mainly handle like our large egg and our large fleets but what brand so that would be AGCO and Kubota would be our two major oems outside of that obviously we're very big in steel power sports Ferris Cub Cadet uh Kubota obviously on the laundry side Massey Ferguson yep something Massey Ferguson and be on the coast side of it yep um that's where I feel like uh as a dealership that is kind of what's propelled our our motion you know we've been in business for like 107 years all right so we're looking at the back of this right yeah so this is where I think is the biggest Improvement on the 75 okay um because this looks no different than what your 75 is we'd have three bolts take those out swing this back they do pay attention on the Kubota side to still be able to access known areas um you know our water fuel separators down in there battery over here um coolant air filter still allow you to get it easy access without having to pull that radiator out dipstick everything oil fills so they they do still give you some really good access but this is obviously going to be above that 75 horse class so we are going to have uh depth requirement on this one but you got some dirt I can move here Matt we do yeah okay we're uh we're putting a concrete apron over here for a door we just added I think if you went ahead and went in here and scooped some of this all that'd be perfectly fine this way how far you can go as far as you want all the way down to the truck okay this whole area we're gonna we're gonna pull down we're gonna put some regrind in here so where am I putting it at um probably just pile it up and then we'll we'll move it from there have you done a utility locate back here it is Yelp sets you see the white line yep I pulled the white flags already but I'm still within the time oh okay okay you can kind of kind of see the faint yeah okay okay I can see it right right here yep kind of follows around oh right on the side of the asphalt so definitely dig into that as much as I possibly can yeah yeah scoop down you know four four five six inches and just just try to find that line with the bucket of the tooth and just rip that sucker right up right yes yep yep whatever no just kind of we're gonna take it down just a few inches you know what I'm freaking with people I don't like it when they Frick with me back Hey Jake has anyone ever told you you look a little bit like Vladimir Putin thanks that's a big bucket it is yup but it covers the tracks I mean covers the tracks nicely yeah sure yeah and we basically just I mean we always go with the long floor buckets I mean my thing is I like when I'm operating I can see that Cutting Edge definitely so Corey's talking about long floor buckets the actual bucket itself the edge of it is way out here so when you're sitting up there you can easily see the end of it so your front this this is lower a little easier to get into right yeah okay so step step and in versus I mean I can't tell you how many times I've tried to bending on my leg up and over and you got heavy boots on and packed in snow and then you're slipping and sliding and doing the the Hokey Pokey I think that when that happens yeah it happened to you too huh I bet guys fall and break their ribs trying to get in a machine okay here we go we're digging in hard Back Spin packed down by vehicles for years but I'm not pushing it I'm just letting the machine do the work look at this thing go and here's the stop right here remember when I told you I was going to tell you some of the things I don't like about it that right there you see that rattle when this cage is open like this that door above your head shimmy Shanks and rattles look at it it just it just Powers through this it's crazy I gotta say this machine moves dirt like one of my other loaders moves snow just goals it's just it just is rolling it in front of it the power the it's an it's incredible Corey yeah I mean my first impression like I've been in the machine 20 minutes and I'm just telling you right now this is amazing so my thing has always been with the 97 is I feel this is a mini Doper okay I'm not gonna argue with you on that that's a bold freaking claim but after feeling this thing wow I mean I've done a lot of work with 97 you know cleaning up trails in the woods things like that yeah and I you know I like 65. and I like mowing with the 65 I feel like it floats enough to work we're not holding that again guys don't hold it against them but the 97 when it's truthfully just getting a lot of dirt moved yep I mean where I would have to rent a mini Dozer I feel like I can do a lot with this machine now I also promised you two things the shaking door was the first thing the second thing that I really don't like about this Kubota is the gas cap and fill tube it's not even a gas cap it's a diesel fuel cap and they have a locking diesel fuel cap worse locking diesel fuel cap design I've seen yet and the fill tube itself has a screen in it and it doesn't have enough of an angle an aggressive enough angle so every time you try to fill it with just about anything that fuels splashing back on you so every time I go to fill it up I gotta pull that screen out if I don't want fuel splashing back on me now I leave it in because I don't want crap getting into my fuel tank and it's a simple change if Kubota just made that uh that fuel tank fill a little more aggressive at a better pitch that fuel would go…
