I almost messed this one up! Wrenching on the Batwing..oopsy!
What happens here
Take a new blade and align its mounting hole with the position on the mower deck. Insert the cleaned pin through the blade and the mounting point, ensuring any shims are correctly placed. Reattach the retainer and hand-tighten the 3/4 inch bolt. For the final tightening, use a Milwaukee impact driver to securely fasten the bolt, making sure the blade is firmly in place but still able to pivot slightly around the greased pin.
