What happens here

This video captures an extensive display of fireworks across a city skyline at night, presented with text overlays that highlight a local government's ban on fireworks and the residents' apparent defiance of it. The video focuses on the visual spectacle and the social commentary, rather with no discernible DIY project being demonstrated or instructed. The 'steps' below therefore describe the progression of the visual content within the video.
