Something I get asked quite often is how we stay organized on the job site. There's so many repairs between sighting, door jams, and stucco, and in the past I've had to stop every few hours, walk my whole crew through the next steps, and everyone's got to stop doing what they're doing. And we always did it this way until we found company cam. This is an app that lets you take pictures and videos, take notes, and assign tasks in real time. Nobody has to stop working, and everyone has the most up-to-date information in their pocket at all times. So I don't ever have to go around looking for anyone. I can just snap a photo, make a note, and trust that whoever I assigned it to will see it and get on top of it after they finish their current task. There's also no need to worry about space because it's all stored in the cloud. So as many photos, as many notes as it takes, company cam holds every single project for us, and my guys can simply check stuff off as they go. They can even upload their own photos and notes, so whoever needs the information at any given point, it's all right there. Toolsweeps, touch ups, spots that were missed, you name it, I can assign it in company cam, and everything stays well documented from start to finish.
