Apply Paint to the Wall with Spreading Strokes

What happens here

Start applying the paint to the wall by placing the loaded roller in the middle of a section. Roll downwards approximately halfway, then roll it back up towards the ceiling. Then, roll downwards again, extending the stroke all the way to the bottom. This initial up-and-down motion helps to spread the paint over the wall surface. Repeat this process, gradually covering a wider section of the wall to ensure an even distribution of paint.
