How to raise baby Chicks...great ideas for healthy flocks!
What happens here
The farmer opens the coop's side access door and collects a few feed and water dispensers that were left inside or hanging outside. He then retrieves a metal rake and a flat shovel from a nearby shed. Returning to the coop, he begins to scrape and shovel the matted-down manure, feathers, and old bedding from the floor of the coop. He carefully scoops the debris into white buckets. The accumulated waste is then dumped outside the coop onto a section of ground that needs nutrient enrichment, preparing it for future planting. This manual cleaning process ensures a fresh and hygienic environment for the new chicks.
Goal: Remove all old manure and debris from the coop floor.
