Initial Weather Strip Masking

What happens here

Begin by slightly opening the garage door, as shown in the video. This action raises the bottom edge of the door, making the top surface of the weather strip easily accessible. With the weather strip exposed, take a roll of masking paper with integrated tape and carefully apply it along the entire length of the exposed top edge of the weather strip, ensuring it adheres well and protects this section from paint.

Goal: Mask the visible portion of the garage door weather strip.
