What happens here
Take the small, black refill tube that came with the new fill valve. Attach one end of the tube to the small nozzle on the side of the fill valve. Then, route the other end of the tube and clip it securely onto the top edge of the flush valve overflow tube. If the tube is too long, use a utility knife or multi-tool to trim it to the appropriate length so it sits neatly in the tank without kinking.
Goal: Connect the refill tube for proper tank and bowl refilling
