How to do a brake job (2010 Ram 1500)

What happens here

Remove any old hardware clips from the caliper bracket and replace them with the new hardware clips provided with the Duralast Max brake pads. Apply a small amount of brake lube to the carbon fiber backing of the new ceramic brake pads. This helps prevent squeaking. Insert the new brake pads into the caliper assembly, ensuring they are seated correctly. Next, use a brake pad spreader (or a large C-clamp) to compress the brake caliper piston fully back into its housing. Do this slowly and smoothly to avoid damaging the piston or pushing brake fluid back into the reservoir too quickly.

Goal: Prepare the caliper with new pads and compress the piston
