How this Roll off dump trailer EARNS EXTRA Money!

What happens here

The trailer's power system is detailed, featuring an external 110V charging port, two Interstate batteries for extended operation, a standard K&I hydraulic pump, and both wired and wireless remote controls for the dump and winch functions. The remote controls allow the operator to safely load and unload bins from a distance.

Goal: Familiarize with the electrical and hydraulic power components and remote operation.

[Music] thank you foreign [Music] how do you spec these out what are we looking at with this thing all right so so let's start with the axles these are two 7K axles so the entire unit is rated at 14 000 pounds okay the actual unit weighs around six thousand pounds so you got about eight thousand pounds left it has been designed engineered and manufactured to withstand more than that because that's just how we build things extra tough but at the end of the day you want to try to keep to that limit you can however order this same trailer with 8K axles as well which would bring this whole um the whole capacity up another ton or another two thousand pounds we have a pretty unique design in our actual door system so safety safety latch at the top you open it up down here quick release just like that and you're open right you want to close it real quick it's closed just like that right nice come up here secure it in you lock it in tight make sure you do this before you go anywhere and you're ready to go right now every container has its own Tarpon the reason that we do that is because different materials require different state laws for it to be targeted on depending on where and where you're driving so that way you're always prepped and ready to go for that all right so so here's a couple of things now it might be a very small feature but it's a very handy feature right and so most trailers you want to access your spare tire up here you got to somehow climb on top over here and get out the tire to go up up in there with your tools loosen it you know bring it down bring the the bad tire back up there so on right so what we've designed is just a small little simple feature right it's got a bit of a safety pin right over here you pull it out now you don't have to be super strong but but you got to be able to hold this so you pull out the pin you drop the time doing this all with one arm right lower it now you can unbolt it right here you
