What happens here

With the helical pile foundation and adjustable post brackets securely in place and leveled, the construction of the wooden structure's framework can begin. This typically involves placing upright wooden posts into the installed brackets, securing them with appropriate fasteners. Following this, horizontal beams, joists, and other framing components are installed to create the base and walls (if applicable) of the deck or pergola. The video shows the initial vertical posts, horizontal crossbeams, and subsequently, wall framing and decking being added.
