What happens here
Next, apply additional strips of orange Frog Tape around the thighs. Wrap the tape below the knees and above the ankles to gather the excess material, preventing the leg portions of the suit from flapping or getting tangled. The video shows this being done twice for each leg.
Goal: Reduce bagginess in the leg areas of the Tyvek suit.
